Stayed here with my two children and everything was excellent. the room was clean and upgraded, with a nice smell all around. the bathroom had a shower, a hairdryer, and bathrobes available.

Everything was perfect - the hotel is excellent. the location is marvelous, just a short walk to restaurants and the town center. the modern and spacious rooms with beautiful balconies were a highlight. the private safe, air conditioning, and mini-bar were great amenities.

Nice Lake Views and Pet, Friendly Spent New Year's Eve at a hotel near Hossegor and the lake views were amazing. they were super pet, friendly which is always a plus! the location was also ideal, between the city center and the beach. the staff was accommodating and willing to help us out with suggestions for places to visit.

Unimpressive Spa and Limited Room Service the spa was sub, par and not what we expected at all. the room service was quite limited at this property, which was disappointing.

I attended a delightful event celebrating the synergy between food and wine, and was amazed by Patrice's talent as a former chef. The meeting space was calm and comfortable. The stunning fresco design created a peaceful atmosphere. I received great tips on skincare. Chef Mathieu's homemade tapas were delicious. The Seren'issime bar was a fantastic experience.

The skincare tips made me realize how much damage the sun has already done to my skin.

The value for money was excellent and the room was incredible, with a beautiful view and a perfect bed. The location was ideal, and the staff were attentive, friendly, and always ready to help.

Breakfast offerings could be improved with better quality French pastries.

We loved our stay at this hotel by the lake. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the spa with its modern decor and heated outdoor pool. The staff were welcoming, easy to talk to and even opened up the pool for us for an evening swim. Its location was perfect as it was just outside of the town center, yet still very close, making it easy to stroll along the waterfront to access shops, bars and restaurants. Lastly, the hotel offered parking which made it very convenient for us.
